Abstract

Es wird eine Schmiedevorrichtung zum Warmumformen eines gegossenen Schmiedeblocks (1) mit radial geführten Schmiedestempeln (5), die je zwei gegeneinander radial verlagerbare Stempelteile (7, 8) aufweisen, von denen der ein Schmiedewerkzeug (2) tragende, innere Stempelteil (7) durch einen Hydraulikzylinder (9) mit dem anderen äußeren Stempelteil (8) antriebsverbunden ist, mit einem den äußeren Stempelteil (8) antreibbaren Exzentertrieb (14), dessen Exzenterwelle (15) über eine Kupplung (23) an einen Elektromotor angeschlossen ist, und mit einer vom Elektromotor antreibbaren Pumpe (28) zur Beaufschlagung des Hydraulikzylinders (9) zwischen den inneren und äußeren Stempelteilen (7, 8) beschrieben. Um vorteilhafte Konstruktionsbedingungen zu schaffen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass als Elektromotor ein zur Exzenterwelle (15) koaxialer, als Innenläufer ausgebildeter Torquemotor (19) vorgesehen ist, dessen Rotor (20) im Anschluss an einen Mitnehmerflansch (22) der Exzenterwelle (15) auf der Exzenterwelle (15) oder einem Exzenterwellenfortsatz (21) drehbar gelagert ist, und dass die Kupplung (23) zwischen dem Rotor (20) und dem Mitnehmerflansch (22) angeordnet ist.
