Claims (9)

  1. Kapsel (14) für ein Rohr, die eine Hauptachse (A) aufweist, und ein Kopfstück (18) umfasst, das anhand eines Scharniers (20) schwenkbar an einer Basis (16) angebracht ist, wobei die Kapsel (14) mit einem Integritätsanzeiger (38) versehen ist, umfassend:
    - eine in Bezug auf die Hauptachse (A) radial hervorstehende Nase (40), die von einem ersten Element getragen wird, die einem aus der Basis (16) oder dem Kopfstück (18) zugeordnet ist;
    - eine Öffnung (48) zum Aufnehmen der Nase (40), die in einem zweiten Element ausgeführt ist, das einem aus der Basis (16) oder dem Kopfstück (18) zugeordnet ist, und von der ein Umriss in einer axialen Richtung durch eine Zunge (50) geschlossen ist, wobei ein erstes Ende der Zunge (50) mit dem zweiten Element verbunden ist, das durch eine Brücke (52) aus brechbarem Material zugeordnet ist, und ein zweites Ende der Zunge (50) mit dem zweiten Element verbunden ist, das durch eine Brücke (54) aus flexiblem Material zugeordnet ist, sodass beim ersten Öffnen des Kopfstücks (18), eine Rückhalteseite (46) der Nase (40) die Zunge (50) erfasst und die Trennung der brechbaren Brücke (52) und das Schwenken der Zunge (50) um die flexible Brücke (54) herum verursacht;
    wobei sich die Rückhalteseite (46) der Nase (40) radial erstreckt, sodass das Schwenken der Zunge (50) um eine Achse (C) herum erfolgt, die in Bezug auf die Hauptachse (A) der Kapsel (14) radial ausgerichtet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zunge (50) durch eine dehnbare Lasche (56) mit dem zweiten Element verbunden ist, die im Allgemeinen parallel zur Hauptachse (A) ausgerichtet ist.
  2. Kapsel (14) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückhalteseite (46) der Nase (40) geneigt ist, um zur flexiblen Brücke (54) gedreht zu sein, wenn das Kopfstück (18) geschlossen ist, um das Schwenken der Zunge (50) beim Öffnen des Kopfstücks (18) zu unterstützen.
  3. Kapsel (14) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dehnbare Lasche (56) in die Öffnung (48) zwischen der flexiblen Brücke (54) und der Nase (40) in geschlossener Position des Kopfstücks (18) eingesetzt ist.
  4. Kapsel (14) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dehnbare Lasche (56) gestaltet ist, um unter der Wirkung einer Zugkraft, die durch das Schwenken der Zunge (50) beim ersten Öffnen des Kopfstücks (18) erzeugt wird, plastisch gedehnt zu werden, um ein Hindernis für die Rückführung der Zunge (50) in ihre ursprüngliche Position zu bilden.
  5. Kapsel (14) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dehnbare Lasche (56) reißen kann, nachdem sie beim Schwenken der Zunge (50) gedehnt worden ist.
  6. Kapsel (14) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dehnbare Lasche (56) weiter die Zunge (50) mit dem zweiten Element verbindet, wenn das Kopfstück (18) vollkommen offen ist.
  7. Scharnierkapsel (14) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kapsel (14) aus einem einzigen Stück aus Kunststoffmaterial ausgeführt ist.
  8. Kapsel (14) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kapsel aus hoch dichtem Polyethylen (HDPE) ausgeführt ist.
  9. Kapsel (14) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Element durch eine äußere Schürze (26) der Basis (16) gebildet wird, während das zweite Element durch eine umlaufende Wand (30) des Kopfstücks (18) gebildet wird.
