Abstract
L'invention concerne un cordon de soudure, un procédé et un dispositif pour relier des films en plastique (10) par assemblage thermique, les films en plastique (10) étant reliés le long d'un cordon de soudure (12) entre des éléments de soudage (2, 4). Selon l'invention, le dispositif comprend une paire d'éléments de soudage (2, 4) non chauffés, entre lesquels les films en plastique (10) sont disposés parallèlement les uns aux autres à des fins d'assemblage thermique. Un appareil de génération d'impulsions (30) introduit une impulsion d'impact d'une première intensité (Fi 1) à l'aide de l'un des éléments de soudage (2, 4), une durée de pénétration dans les films en plastique (10) étant inférieure à 10 ms. L'impulsion d'impact agit sur les films en plastique (10), un chauffage induit par la déformation étant généré dans le matériau et le cordon de soudure (12) étant formé dans une région d'action des éléments de soudage (2, 4). L'invention concerne également l'utilisation d'une presse de forgeage par soufflage.
