  • the tubular housing 2 comprises the tube element 20 to which the gear tray 4 is fixed in the operating state by a plurality of mounting elements 3 which are spaced from each other in the longitudinal direction X, as well as two end elements 8 being undetachably fixed to respectively one of the longitudinal ends of the tube element 20 .
  • These end elements 8 comprise a flange portion arranged between an insertion portion and a fastening portion with regard to the longitudinal direction X .
  • the insertion portion comprises a shape being adapted to be inserted inside the tube element 20 , wherein this shape is adapted to the shape of the inner side of the tube element 20 such that by insertion the end element 8 is fixed with regard to a rotation around the tube axis relative to the tube element 20 .
  • the end elements 8 further comprise a welding line 82 which is welded to the hori zontal ends of the tube element 20 to provide a continuous , uninterrupted seal around the interior space of the luminaire in the operating state , i . e . a continuous , uninterrupted seal around the free cross-section of the tubular housing 2 .
  • the fastening portion forms the first fastening means 80 comprised by the tubular housing 2 .
  • the end elements 8 further comprise screw holes 81 to which a retaining means 85 can be releasably fixed .
  • This retaining means 85 as a plate-like section as well as proj ections 851 , 852 extending from the plate-like section along the longitudinal direction X .
  • the retaining means 85 being attached releasably to the end elements 8 of the tubular housing 2 allow fixed positioning of the gear tray 4 both with regard to the longitudinal direction X and with regard to the vertical direction Z , and in the transverse direction Y the gear tray 4 is fixedly held by the mounting element 3 . Since the retaining means 85 can be removed from the end element 8 , the gear tray 4 and/or the light module 5 and/or driver attached to the gear tray 4 can be removed for maintenance purposes after the retaining means 85 has been removed from the end element 8 .
  • the end caps 9 as shown in figure 4 comprising figures 4a as well as figure 4b and as have been explained already above comprise second fastening means 90 and at their inner side , whereas the tubular housing 2 comprises first fastening means 80 at its outer side .
  • First and second fastening means 80 , 90 are configured corresponding with each other, presently in the way of a bayonet closure , such that by a movement of the end cap 9 along the longitudinal direction X and a subsequent rotation of the end cap 9 around the tube axis relative to the tubular housing 2 results in a sealed and fixed connection between the tubular housing 2 and the end cap 9 .
  • a gasket 400 as shown in figure 7 can be used for ensuring a sealed connection between a longitudinal end of the tubular housing 2 and a respective end cap 9 , wherein the gasket 400 is pressed between the end cap 9 and the tubular housing 2 along respective contact surfaces which each have a first surface section surrounding the tube axis and extending in the longitudinal direction, along which a vertical pressing force applies , as well as a second surface section surrounding the tube axis and extending in the vertical direction, along which a longitudinal pressing force applies .
  • Figure 5 comprising figures 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d and 5e show a tubular connection element 200 as well as a functional gear tray 500 and a module 510 .
  • the tubular connection element 200 at its longitudinal ends , has third fastening means 290 being designed identically like the second fastening means 90 explained above . Accordingly, the tubular connection element 200 can be used for connecting two identically designed tubular housings 2 .
  • the tubular connection element 200 has a surrounding sidewall 220 with recesses 222 formed therein at its outer side .
  • the recesses 222 are formed at the same vertical position as the recesses 22 in the tubular housing 2 , such that in the operating state the recesses 222 fall in line with the recesses 22 along the longitudinal direction X which is preferable in general .
  • the tubular connection element 200 at its inner side comprises fixation means 223 to which the functional gear tray 500 is attached .
  • the functional gear tray 500 comprises a platelike element 520 as well as a fixing element 530 .
  • the fixing element 530 has , which is advantageous in general , a platelike section 531 as well as hook sections
  • the fixing element 530 comprises further hooks

  • the tubular modular housing 100 with its fourth fastening means 180 can be releasably and sealingly attached to an end cap 9 and with its fi fth fastening means 190 can be releasably and sealingly attached to a longitudinal end of the tubular housing 2 as has been described before with regard to the connection of the end cap 9 with the tubular housing 2 .
  • the tubular modular housing 100 further has a grommet portion 121 allowing to pass through an electric cable in a sealed manner .
  • the tubular module housing 100 comprises a sidewall 120 surrounding the interior space enclosed by the tubular module housing 100 .
  • the sidewall 120 is designed lightproof . The same , in the present embodiment , is true for the sidewall 220 of the tubular connection element 200 according to figure 5 .
  • the sidewalls 120 , 220 each have an exit window closed by a cover 110 , 210 which is light transmissive , such that a sensor, like a camera, can watch trough said exit cover 110 , 210 .
  • Cover 110 , 210 together with a sidewall 120 , 220 form an entirely closed tube which continuously and uninterruptedly encloses an interior space of the tubular connection element 200 , respectively the tubular module housing 100 and accordingly enclose a part of the interior space of the luminaire in the operating state of the set .
  • FIG. 7 comprising figures 7a, 7b and 7c shows several views of a sealing connection element 300 .
  • the sealing connection element 300 comprises a flange portion 370 being arranged between two cylindrical portions as well as two gaskets 400 .
  • the cylindrical portions each comprise a sealing connection element fastening means 380 which corresponds to the second fastening means 90 as well as to the third fastening means 290 as well as to the fi fth fastening means 190 .
  • the sealing connection element 300 can be connected in a sealing and detachable manner to one of the longitudinal ends of the tubular module housing 100 , to each of the longitudinal ends of the tubular connection element 200 as well as to each of the end caps 9 .
  • the gaskets 400 have a cylindrical shape with through holes 480 within their cylindric wall , wherein the sealing connection element fastening means 380 extend through said through holes 480 , which is generally preferable .
  • the sealing connection element 300 can be sealingly and releasably attached to an end cap 9 , respectively to one of the other components as described above , by pressing the gasket 400 against the retaining sidewall 91 of the end cap 9 and against the flange portion 300 and cylindrical portion of the connection element 300 .

Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble modulaire pour la réalisation d'un luminaire, l'ensemble comprenant un boîtier tubulaire (2), un plateau d'engrenage (4), un module d'éclairage (5) et au moins deux capuchons d'extrémité (9). Le boîtier tubulaire (2) comprend un moyen de fixation (23) sur son côté intérieur. À l'état de fonctionnement, le plateau d'engrenage (4) est fixé au moyen de fixation du boîtier tubulaire (2), le côté inférieur de son panneau de montage étant disposé à une distance verticale d'une extrémité inférieure du côté intérieur du boîtier tubulaire (2). Le boîtier tubulaire (2) comprend une section optique inférieure disposée sous le moyen de fixation et formant ladite extrémité inférieure de son côté intérieur et, à l'état de fonctionnement, entourant au moins partiellement le côté inférieur du panneau de montage et étant configurée pour émettre au moins 5 %, en particulier au moins 10 % de l'intensité lumineuse vers le haut et au moins 70 % de l'intensité lumineuse vers le bas. Le boîtier tubulaire (2) comprend en particulier une partie supérieure et une partie optique inférieure, la partie supérieure et la partie optique inférieure entourant ensemble étroitement l'axe du tube et étant en particulier formées d'un matériau différent, la partie optique inférieure étant au moins deux fois plus grande que la partie supérieure.
