Claims (7)
- Dispositif d'extension mécanique pour unité siège mobile, comprenant :- un support de siège (21), agencé pour se fixer à un siège ;- un dispositif d'extension de pieds (3), pivotant au niveau d'une partie avant du support de siège (21) ;- un support de dossier (41), pivotant au niveau d'une partie arrière du support de siège (21) ; et- une unité à actionnement électrique (5), comprenant un dispositif à actionnement électrique de pieds (51) pour le pliage et le dépliage du dispositif d'extension de pieds (3) et un dispositif à actionnement électrique de dossier (52) pour l'inclinaison vers l'arrière ou le rappel vers l'avant du support de dossier (41), dans lequel le dispositif d'extension mécanique est directement commuté au moins entre une position assise et une position couchée, le dispositif d'extension de pieds (3) est plié sous le support de siège (21) en position assise, le dispositif d'extension de pieds (3) est soulevé vers l'avant et vers le haut et le support de dossier (41) est incliné vers l'arrière en position couchée,l'extension du dispositif d'extension de pieds (3) et l'inclinaison vers l'arrière du support de dossier (41) sont effectuées simultanément par l'intermédiaire de l'unité à actionnement électrique (5) lorsque le dispositif d'extension mécanique est commuté de la position assise à la position couchée, le pliage du dispositif d'extension de pieds (3) et le rappel vers l'avant du support de dossier (41) sont effectués simultanément lorsque le dispositif d'extension mécanique est commuté de la position couchée à la position assise,le dispositif d'extension mécanique est directement commuté entre la position assise et une position de détente ; en position de détente, le dispositif d'extension de pieds (3) est soulevé vers l'avant et vers le haut, et une position relative entre le support de dossier (41) et le support de siège (21) est maintenue pour être la même en position assise,le dispositif d'extension mécanique est commuté séquentiellement de la position assise à la position couchée, puis à la position de détente au moyen de l'unité à actionnement électrique (5),le dispositif d'extension mécanique comprend en outre un ensemble base (1) pour supporter le dispositif d'extension mécanique sur le sol, le support de siège (21) est connecté à l'ensemble base (1) au moyen d'un mécanisme de liaison, de manière à basculer dans une direction avant-arrière de l'unité siège par rapport à l'ensemble base (1),caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de liaison comprend une plaque de base pivotante (22), une tige pivotante avant (23), une tige pivotante arrière (24) et une bielle de transmission (25), l'extrémité supérieure respective à la fois de la tige pivotante avant (23) et de la tige pivotante arrière (24) pivote par rapport à la plaque de base pivotante (22), l'extrémité inférieure respective à la fois de la tige pivotante avant (23) et de la tige pivotante arrière (24) pivote par rapport à la bielle de transmission (25), la plaque de base pivotante (22) est solidarisée à l'ensemble base (1), et la bielle de transmission (25) est reliée au support de siège (21).
- Dispositif d'extension mécanique selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le dispositif à actionnement électrique de pieds (51) agit entre le dispositif d'extension de pieds (3) et le support de siège (21), et le dispositif à actionnement électrique de dossier (52) agit entre le support de dossier (41) et le support de siège (21).
- Dispositif d'extension mécanique selon la revendication 2, dans lequel une barre transversale de pied (36) est solidarisée au dispositif d'extension de pieds (3), une barre transversale de siège (27) est solidarisée au support de siège (21), une extrémité du dispositif à actionnement électrique de pied (51) pivote par rapport à la barre transversale de pied (36), une extrémité opposée du dispositif à actionnement électrique de pied (51) pivote par rapport à la barre transversale de siège (27), et le dispositif à actionnement électrique de pied (51) amène la barre transversale de pied (36) à s'éloigner ou à se rapprocher de la barre transversale de siège (27), de sorte que le dispositif d'extension de pieds (3) soit déplié ou plié.

- Dispositif d'extension mécanique selon la revendication 1, dans lequel au moins l'un du dispositif à actionnement électrique de pied (51) et du dispositif à actionnement électrique de dossier (52) est un actionneur électrique linéaire.
- Dispositif d'extension mécanique selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre un mécanisme de limitation de pivotement (6), dans lequel le mécanisme de limitation de pivotement (6) permet au support de siège (21) de pivoter par rapport à l'ensemble base (1) dans la position assise du dispositif d'extension mécanique, et le mécanisme de limitation de pivotement (6) empêche le support de siège (21) de pivoter par rapport à l'ensemble base (1) dans la position de détente ou la position couchée du dispositif d'extension mécanique.
- Unité siège mobile, comprenant un siège, un dossier, un élément repose-pieds et un dispositif d'extension mécanique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-6, dans laquelle le support de siège (21) est agencé pour être fixé au siège, le dispositif d'extension de pieds (3) est agencé pour être fixé à l'élément repose-pieds, et le support de dossier (41) est agencé pour être fixé au dossier.
