- recessed pockets 117 and 118 are in the longitudinal direction arranged behind one another and also recessed pockets 119 and 120 are in the longitudinal direction arranged one after another. These recessed pockets are arranged in the forefoot area and in the midfoot area.
- Midsole 10 further defines, central notch 121 which is in a plane defined by the longitudinal direction LO and the transverse direction TR completely circumferentially delimited by midsole 10. Central notch 121 completely penetrates through midsole 10 in the vertical direction V. Furthermore, central notch 121 divides some of the recessed pockets into lateral sided recessed pockets 117 and 118 and medial sided recessed pockets 119 and 120.

- elastic plate 20 does not only comprise protrusions 201, 202, 203 and 204 which are inserted into recessed pockets, but also protrusions 205 and 206, which are inserted into central notch 121 of midsole 10 (cf. Fig. 7 and 8 ).
- protrusions 205 and 206 being inserted into central notch 121 are in the longitudinal direction LO arranged one after the other, i.e. behind each other.
- Fig. 6 shows a front view of elastic plate 20 in which it can be seen that protrusions 201 and 204, which are inserted into recessed pockets of midsole 10, sandwich protrusion 205 which is inserted into central notch 121, i.e. protrusion 205 is in the transverse direction arranged between protrusion 201 and 204. Furthermore, the protrusions are in the transverse direction spaced apart from each other. All of these protrusions each form a bulge forming a convexity.
- Shoe sole 1 comprises midsole 10 which may for example be a midsole as shown in Fig. 2 . It can be seen that protrusions 205 and 206, which are inserted into central notch 121 of midsole 10 (see for example Fig. 2 ), penetrate through central notch 121. However, in this and optionally also in any other embodiment as described herein, the protrusion(s) being inserted into central notch 121 and penetrating through central notch 121 are aligned with base layer 102, i.e. they do not protrude from midsole 10, thereby generating an even contact surface for contacting the ground. Furthermore, as the central notch penetrates midsole 10, protrusions 205 and 206 are visible from the bottom side, i.e. when viewed onto base layer 102. Furthermore, horizontal tilting slit 105 is shown, which divides midsole 10 into a midsole top portion 106 and midsole base portion 107 which are arranged on top of each other.
- Fig. 8 shows a front view of shoe sole 1 shown in Fig. 7 . Also in this figure it can be seen that protrusions 205 and 206 extend through the central notch and are aligned with base layer 102. Furthermore, protrusions 205 and 206 and also base layer 102 are covered by portions of outsole 4.
- the horizontal tilting slit is configured such that the midsole top portion is tiltable with respect to midsole base portion about a tilting axis extending in the longitudinal direction LO, i.e. and axis extending towards the viewer.
- midsole base portion 107 remains essentially fully in contact with the ground.
- Horizontal tilting slit 105 has a depth D, which extends against the transverse direction from the lateral side towards the medial side of midsole 10, but does not fully penetrate midsole 10.
- midsole top portion 106' may even contact midsole bottom portion 107' which are arranged above and below medial sided horizontal titling slit 105'.

Claims (14)
- Chaussure (6) comprenant une semelle intermédiaire (10), la semelle intermédiaire (10) comprenant :a. une zone avant-pied (FA), une zone talon (HA) et une zone médio-pied (MA) étant arrangée entre la zone avant-pied (FA) et la zone talon (HA) ;b. une couche supérieure (101) et une couche de base opposée (102) ;c. un bord de talon (103) et une pointe de semelle intermédiaire (104), dans laquelle une direction longitudinale (LO) de la semelle intermédiaire (10) s'étend du bord de talon (103) à la pointe de semelle intermédiaire (104) ;d. une ou plusieurs fentes d'inclinaison horizontales (105) étant arrangées sur un côté médial et/ou sur un côté latéral de la semelle intermédiaire (1), dans laquelle la ou les fentes de inclinaison horizontales (105) divisent horizontalement la semelle intermédiaire (1) en une partie supérieure de semelle intermédiaire (106) et une partie de base de semelle intermédiaire (107), dans laquelle chaque fente de inclinaison horizontale (105) est configurée pour faire incliner la partie supérieure de semelle intermédiaire (106) par rapport à la partie de base de semelle intermédiaire (107) ;la chaussure (6) comprend en outre une tige (7) fixée à la semelle intermédiaire (10) caractérisée en ce que la chaussure (6) comprend en outre un mécanisme de support (8), dans lequel le mécanisme de support est relié à la partie supérieure de la semelle intermédiaire (106, 106') au-dessus de la ou des fentes d'inclinaison horizontales (105, 105') et s'étend sur une voûte plantaire de la tige (7) et dans lequel le mécanisme de support est configuré pour supporter l'inclinaison de la partie supérieure de la semelle intermédiaire (106, 106') par rapport à la partie de base de la semelle intermédiaire (107, 107').
- La chaussure (6) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la semelle intermédiaire (10) comprend une fente d'inclinaison horizontale du côté médial et/ou une fente d'inclinaison horizontale du côté latéral (105).
- La chaussure (6) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle la ou les fentes horizontales d'inclinaison (105) sont arrangées dans la zone médio-pied (MA) de la semelle intermédiaire (10), en particulier uniquement dans la zone médio-pied (MA) de la semelle intermédiaire (10).
- La chaussure (6) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la ou les fentes horizontales d'inclinaison (105) présentent chacune une profondeur de 3 mm à 25 mm, en particulier de 5 mm à 8 mm.
- La chaussure (6) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la ou les fentes d'inclinaison horizontal (105) ont chacune une profondeur qui est 4% et 25%, en particulier 5% et 12%, d'une largeur totale de la semelle intermédiaire (10) à la position de la fente d'inclinaison horizontal (105) correspondante de la semelle intermédiaire (10).
- La chaussure (6) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la semelle intermédiaire (10) comprend un ou plusieurs blocs inclinables (108, 109, 110, 111), chaque bloc inclinable (108, 109, 110, 111) étant partiellement défini par une fente horizontale d'inclinaison (105).
- La chaussure (6) selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle chaque bloc inclinable (108, 109, 110, 111) est en outre défini par une ou plusieurs fentes latérales (112. 113. 114. 115), chaque fente latérale (112. 113. 114. 115) s'étendant de la fente horizontale d'inclinaison (105) à la couche supérieure (101) de la semelle intermédiaire (10).
- La chaussure (6) selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans laquelle au moins certains des blocs inclinables (108, 109, 110, 111) présentent en coupe transversale selon la direction longitudinale (LO) et perpendiculairement à la direction transversale (TR) une forme de trapèze, notamment une forme de rectangle ou de parallélogramme.
- La chaussure (6) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la semelle intermédiaire (10) définit une pluralité de poches évidées (116, 117, 118, 119, 120) qui sont ouvertes vers la couche supérieure (101) et dans laquelle au moins une partie des poches évidées (116, 117, 118, 119, 120) sont dans la direction longitudinale (LO) arrangées les unes derrière les autres.
- La chaussure (6) selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle les poches évidées (116, 117, 118, 119, 120) sont arrangées dans la zone de l'avant-pied (FA) et optionnellement dans la zone du médio-pied (MA).
- La chaussure (6) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la semelle intermédiaire (10) comprend une encoche centrale (121) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale (LO) à travers la zone médio-pied (MA) et optionnellement de la zone avant-pied (FA) à la zone talon (HA) en passant par la zone médio-pied (MA).
- La chaussure (6) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la chaussure (6) comprend en outre une semelle de chaussure (1) comprenant la semelle intermédiaire (10).
- La chaussure (6) selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle la semelle de chaussure (1) comprend en outre une plaque élastique (20) étant arrangée sur la couche supérieure (101) de la semelle intermédiaire (10), et dans laquelle optionnellement la plaque élastique (20) comprend une pluralité de protubérances (201, 202, 203 204, 205, 206) qui sont insérées dans les poches évidées de la semelle intermédiaire.
- La chaussure (6) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le mécanisme de support (8) comprend une pluralité de sangles.
