Temperaturabhängiges Schaltwerk (12) für einen temperaturabhängigen Schalter (10), mit einer temperaturabhängigen Bimetallscheibe (18), einer temperaturunabhängigen Federscheibe (20), einem elektrisch leitfähigen Kontaktteil (22), an dem die Bimetallscheibe (18) und die Federscheibe (20) unverlierbar gehalten sind, und einem Haltering (24), der einen Grundkörper (34) aus elektrisch leitfähigem Material aufweist und einen umlaufenden Rand (32) der Federscheibe (20) umgibt und dadurch die Federscheibe (20) unverlierbar hält.
