Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé pour appliquer des bandes de déchirage (10) sur une bande de matériau continue (11) pour la fabrication d'enveloppes pour des groupes de produits de l'industrie du tabac, une bande de matériau continue (16) pour des bandes de déchirage étant prélevée, de préférence en continu, d'une bobine (20), à partir de laquelle des bandes de déchirage (10) de longueur prédéterminée sont séparées, lesquelles sont ensuite appliquées à distance les unes des autres sur la bande de matériau continue (11). Selon l'invention, il est prévu que la bande de matériau (16) soit amenée en appui contre la surface latérale (21) d'un tambour d'application (19) de section polygonale et de préférence entraîné de manière cadencée, de sorte qu'une face encollée de la bande de matériau (16) soit tournée vers l'extérieur, et qu'ensuite une bande de déchirage (10) soit séparée de la bande de matériau (16) à la périphérie du tambour d'application (19), et qu'ensuite la bande de matériau (11) soit de préférence déplacée contre la surface latérale (21) du tambour d'application (19) de sorte que la bande de déchirage (10) séparée soit fixée sur la bande de matériau (11) par collage.
