  • the lifting tab 60 extends from a top region of the skirt 54 of the cap body 51 , here with the lateral cap body portion 80 also extending from this top region yet at the diametrically opposite side of the skirt 54.
  • a vertical spacing of at least 10 mm is present between the container, here the top edge of the pouch 100, and the lifting portion 60. This facilitates the placing of a finger underneath the lifting portion for opening the pouch.
  • the cantilever arm portion 70 has a first locking formation 75 inward of the hinge portion, and the lateral cap body portion 80 has a second locking formation 85 outward of the hinge portion 90 when the cap body 51 is in closed position.
  • the second locking portion 85 is configured to cooperate with the first locking portion 75 as the cap body 51 reaches the dispensing position.
  • one or both of the locking formations 75, 85 are embodied as resilient formations that allow the one formation, here 85, to flex and pass the other formation, here 75, when moving the cap body to the dispensing position.
  • the one locking formation 85 then springs back so as to provide the locking action.
  • locking is caused by frictional engagement between first and second locking formations.
  • first locking formation 75 is arranged at an underside of the cantilever arm portion 70. Seen from above, the first locking formation 75 is within the contour of the cantilever arm portion 70 and does not extend outward thereof. This, e.g., avoids damage to the (rather small) first locking formation 75.
  • the second locking formation 85 is arranged at an underside of the lateral cap body portion 80 when the cap body 51 is in closed position.

Abstract

Un récipient à bec verseur (100) présente un corps de récipient, un bec verseur (20), et une unité de capuchon (50) réalisée sous la forme d'une pièce de matériau plastique qui est distincte du bec verseur. L'unité de capuchon comprend un corps de capuchon (51) et une partie de base intégrée (65). Le corps de capuchon comprend une partie de corps de capuchon central (52) ayant une jupe (54) reliée à la partie de base par l'intermédiaire de ponts cassables (55). La partie de base est fixée de manière permanente sur le corps de bec verseur à la fois dans la direction axiale et dans la direction circonférentielle. Une partie de bras en porte-à-faux (70) s'étend latéralement à l'opposé d'une extrémité externe (71) de celle-ci. Une partie de corps de capuchon latéral (80) est adjacente à la partie de corps de capuchon central et s'étend latéralement à l'opposé de la partie de corps de capuchon central. L'extrémité externe de la partie de bras en porte-à-faux et la partie de corps de capuchon latéral sont reliées par l'intermédiaire d'une partie de charnière (90). Des formations de raccord à encliquetage (58, 59) assurent une fonctionnalité d'encliquetage pour la partie de corps de capuchon central sur le col. Le corps de capuchon est soulevé du col par pivotement de celui-ci autour de la partie de charnière dans une position de distribution. Une ou plusieurs formations de verrouillage (75, 85) sont fournies et elles verrouillent le corps de capuchon par rapport au bras en porte-à-faux de façon à maintenir le corps de capuchon dans la position de distribution.
