Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire un stratifié de couche barrière, notamment pour fabriquer des contenants, comprenant les étapes qui consistent à : fournir un matériau de couche barrière extrudable ; fournir une polyoléfine ; fournir des particules, en particulier des flocons ou des pastilles, de matière plastique stratifiée obtenue par broyage d'un stratifié extrudable disponible ou recyclé à couche barrière ; mélanger une partie de la polyoléfine avec les particules pour produire un mélange plastique recyclé ; amener le matériau de couche barrière, la polyoléfine et le mélange plastique recyclé respectivement dans une extrudeuse ; et réaliser une coextrusion de la matière de couche barrière, de la polyoléfine et du mélange plastique recyclé pour produire un stratifié de couche barrière présentant la suite de couches suivante : 1) une première couche extérieure, à savoir une couche extérieure barrière ; 2) une couche intégrée, à savoir une couche de mélange plastique recyclé ; 3) une deuxième couche extérieure, à savoir une couche extérieure de polyoléfine, disposée à l'opposé de la première couche extérieure, ainsi qu'un stratifié de couche barrière fabriqué avec un tel procédé et un contenant fabriqué à partir d'un matériau de couche barrière ainsi qu'un procédé correspondant.
