- the objective of the present invention is to design an alternative to the pallet implemented in the patent application US 2019/367212 , more robust and of reduced thickness, while allowing easier removal of a stud from the floor for replacement.
- the floor includes orifices configured to allow water to drain away. This prevents rainwater from stagnating on the floor. Variants remain possible, for example a floor including grooves on its upper face forming gutters allowing water to flow down the side of the pallet, or even a pallet with a basic floor, i.e. without orifices or gutters.
- the floor comprises a rectangular upper face which comprises on its periphery and on each of its sides at least one rim extending outwards perpendicular to said upper face.
- the presence of these rims advantageously makes it possible to wedge the pallets together when they are stacked on top of each other, when empty.
- At least the studs arranged on the periphery of the pallet comprise horizontal ridges.
- all the studs comprise such horizontal ridges. The presence of these horizontal ridges makes it possible to grip a plastic film when the pallet loaded with goods is wrapped to hold the goods on the pallet and also protect them from the rain.
- the pallet according to the invention comprises non-slip pads arranged on an upper face of the floor. This advantageously makes it possible to keep the goods placed on the floor static, without the risk of them slipping.

- the plastic material used is a polyolefin, for example high-density polyethylene or polypropylene.

- the floor 2 comprises a multitude of orifices 11 distributed over the entire surface of the floor 2 and passing through the thickness of the floor 2 so as to allow the evacuation of rainwater. This also makes it possible to lighten the floor 2 and to reduce the quantity of material for its manufacture.
- the floor 2 also comprises oblong openings 12 distributed over the entire surface of the floor 2 and passing through the thickness of the floor 2, these oblong openings 12 allowing the pallet 1 to be gripped with one hand when said pallet 1 is not loaded with goods. This also contributes to lightening the floor 2 and reducing the quantity of material for its manufacture.
- small cavities 13 are of a shape and depth adapted to the shape and thickness of the pads 3, so that the pads 3 are wedged in the cavities and protrude slightly from the upper face 4 of the floor 2.
- the pads 3 are preferably glued by means of an adhesive in these cavities 13 and are preferably made of rubberized material, for example butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymers, also called NBR or nitrile rubber, in order to ensure grip preventing the goods placed on the upper face 4 of the floor 2 from skidding.
- the upper face 4 of the floor 2 also comprises edges 14 which extend perpendicular to said upper face 4 and which are arranged at the periphery 15 of the floor 2, on each of its four sides 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d.
- the floor 2 comprises a lower face 16 which comprises a multitude of reinforcing elements 17 improving the mechanical resistance and nine tapped holes 18 distributed uniformly.
- each stud 5 comprises a body 19 whose shape is a rectangular parallelepiped and a threaded cylindrical head 20 which extends upwards relative to the body 19 and whose length, diameter and pitch of the thread are adapted to the depth, diameter and pitch of the tapping of the tapped hole 18 on the floor 2, so that the stud 5 can be fixed on the lower face 16 of the floor 2 by screwing.
- the thread on the threaded cylindrical head 20 and the thread on the tapped hole 18 are configured so that when the stud 5 is screwed onto the floor 2, the body 19 of rectangular parallelepiped shape is positioned in alignment of the rectangular perimeter 21 arranged around the tapped hole 18 on the floor 2, as illustrated in the [ Fig.
- the pad 5 comprises two flexible branches 22, 23 which extend downwards under the body 19, parallel to each other. These flexible branches 22, 23 each comprise an external face 22a, 23a and an internal face 22b, 23b. These flexible branches 22, 23 comprise a width L1 which extends in the direction of the length of the body 19, as illustrated in the [ Fig. 6 ]. On the external faces 22a, 23a of the flexible branches 22, 23 are arranged, at the end portion 22c, 23c of said flexible branches 22, 23, bevels 24, 25 extending over the width of these flexible branches 22, 23, these bevels 24, 25 forming shoulders 26, 27.
- these flexible branches 22, 23 advantageously allows their elastic deformation, so that when a pinching force is exerted on said flexible branches 22, 23, these come closer to each other to reduce the spacing between the two internal faces 22b, 23b, then, when the pinching force ceases, said panels 22, 23 return to their normal position.
- each blade 8 of the sole 7 comprises a lower face 28 which is preferably smooth and an upper face 29 which comprises reinforcing elements 30 improving the mechanical resistance.
- Holes 46 pass through the thickness of the blade 8 to allow the evacuation of rainwater.

- the rigid branches 102, 103 have their beveled ends 104, 105 on the side of their internal faces 102a, 103a.
- An introduction of the rigid branches 102, 103 into the cavities 32, 33 on the lower face 28 of the blade 8 allows the beveled ends 104, 105 to come into contact with the respective ends 40, 41 of the flexible branches 22, 23, thus exerting a force making it possible to pinch the flexible branches 22, 23 until the bevels 24, 25 on these flexible branches 22, 23 are disengaged respectively from the ends 38a, 39a of the end portions 38, 39 of the rigid tabs 36, 37, thus allowing the flexible branches 22, 23 to be disengaged from the slots 34, 35, the blade 8 then being detached from the stud 5.
- the floor 2 comprises three conduits 42 which are oriented in the longitudinal direction DL, respectively above the three rows 6 of studs 5.
- Each conduit 42 passes through the three tapped holes 18 aligned in the longitudinal direction DL.

- the tapped hole 18 and the threaded cylindrical head 20 are configured so that when the stud 5 is screwed onto the floor 2, the groove 43 is aligned with the conduit 42, which allows the introduction of a reinforcing bar 9 into the conduit 42 by passing it into the groove 43 on each stud 5 of the row 6.
- two plugs 10 can be fitted respectively into the two ends 42a (only one is visible in the figures) of the conduit 42 to hold the reinforcing bar 9 in the conduit 42.

- This contour wall 44 also comprises, on the parts arranged between these four rounded angles 44a, 44b, 44c, 44d, vertical grooves 49 which allow a label (not shown) to be stuck on one of the pads 5 arranged at the periphery of the pallet 1, the sticking thus being carried out by limiting the adhesion of this label on the surface of the contour wall 44 of the pad 5, which facilitates its removal once the pallet 1 has been delivered and reshipped for reuse.
- the assembly of a pallet 1 is therefore carried out by first screwing the studs 5 onto the floor 2, said screwing allowing an alignment of the grooves 43 on the studs 5 with the conduits 42 in the longitudinal direction DL and, likewise, an alignment of the flexible branches 22, 23 of the studs 5 in said longitudinal direction DL.
- the blades 8 of the sole 7 can then be fixed by snap-fastening onto the studs 5 of the three rows 6, as explained previously.
- the reinforcement bars 9 can also be introduced into the respective conduits 42 by passing through the tapped holes 18 on the floor 2 and the grooves 43 on the studs 5.
- the plugs 10 can then close the ends 42a of the conduits 42.
- the assembly of the blades 8 of the sole 7 on the studs 5 could be carried out in several stages, row by row.
- the installation of a blade 8 on a row 6 of studs 5 blocks the rotation of these studs 5 with respect to the floor 2, thus avoiding any risk of unscrewing the studs 5 from the floor 2.
- a spacing 48 appears between the floor 2 and the sole 7 thanks to the presence of the studs 5, this spacing 48 allowing the introduction of a fork of a handling machine, in particular a forklift, a stacker or a pallet truck, for handling pallet 1 loaded with goods.
- the disassembly of the pallet 1 or of a part thereof only is carried out by means of the decoupling key 100, by forcibly pushing the rigid branches 102, 103 into the cavities 32, 33, making it possible to release the flexible branches 22, 23 of a stud 5, from the rigid legs 36, 37 of a blade 8, as explained previously and, thus, to remove a blade 8 from a row 6 of studs 5 then to unscrew these studs 4, from the floor 2.
- This will make it possible for example to replace a blade 8 of the sole 7 or one of the studs 5 of a row 6, which may be damaged with use.
- the floor 2, the pads 5, the blades 8 of the sole 7 and the plugs 10 are made of a plastic material, by injection molding.
- the plastic material used is high density polyethylene or polypropylene, other polyolefins remaining conceivable.
- this plastic material will be loaded with an additive, for example talc, in order to increase the mechanical resistance.
- this plastic material will be derived from recycling.
- Other materials, other than plastic, can also be considered within the scope of the invention.
- the reinforcing bars 9 are made of metal, for example steel.
- pallet 1 could be envisaged within the framework of the invention, for example by modifying the number of studs 5 on a row 6 or the number of rows 6 of studs 5 and, therefore the number of blades 8 on the sole 7.
- a variant could also be envisaged with a sole 7 in a single piece rather than being composed of several blades 8.
