At the time of processing, the device can be thawed and the solution can be prepared starting from the freeze-dried product and, if necessary, the valve can be opened to proceed with the analysis.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) à usage médical-chirurgical pour la collecte d'échantillons biologiques ou analogues à analyser, qui comprend au moins un compartiment de collecte (2) pourvu d'une ouverture pouvant être fermée hermétiquement, destiné à contenir lesdits échantillons biologiques ou analogues à analyser; au moins une chambre de confinement (3) comprenant au moins un récipient (4), contenant à son tour un produit lyophilisé et/ou liquide pour le détachement chimique de bactéries et/ou la désagrégation de biofilm microbien à partir desdits échantillons biologiques ou analogues à analyser, et un solvant dudit produit lyophilisé et/ou liquide, ladite chambre de confinement (3) communiquant sélectivement avec ledit compartiment de collecte (2); et ledit au moins un récipient (4) étant conçu pour ouvrir et dissoudre sélectivement ledit produit lyophilisé et/ou liquide dans ledit solvant. La présente invention concerne également un procédé et un kit pour la collecte, le transport et le traitement d'échantillons biologiques ou analogues, à l'aide dudit dispositif (1).
