Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil pour produire des produits de récipients (26) à partir de matières plastiques, en particulier en effectuant un processus de moulage, de remplissage et d'étanchéité, l'appareil comprenant un dispositif de moulage sur lequel un tube de moulage en matière plastique plastifiée peut être amené au moyen d'une tête d'extrusion (20), et ledit dispositif de moulage présentant des surfaces de moulage qui sont mobiles et reproduisent une géométrie de récipient spécifiable, sur lesquelles le tube de moulage peut être placé pour un processus de façonnage, de remplissage et/ou d'étanchéité ; un dispositif de guidage et de maintien étant prévu, celui-ci présentant des parties de guidage et de maintien mobiles qui peuvent être commandées de sorte que, dans au moins une position fonctionnelle des positions fonctionnelles possibles à l'extérieur de la région de moulage du dispositif de moulage, lesdites parties de guidage et de maintien agissent sur la matière plastique qui entoure les produits de récipient créés finis (26), au moins en partie, caractérisé en ce que la matière plastique, qui, sous la forme d'une carte (115), établit une connexion matérielle (102) entre un produit de récipient fini (26) qui a déjà quitté le dispositif de moulage et un produit de récipient au moins partiellement fini qui est toujours dans le dispositif de moulage, peut être séparé au moyen d'un dispositif de séparation (108).
