Abstract
Un mécanisme pour un dispositif d'administration de médicament automatique comprend un boîtier ; un élément de réglage de dose ; un bouton ; une tige de piston qui est fixée de manière rotative et mobile axialement par rapport au boîtier ; un écrou ; et un ressort. L'élément de réglage de dose est configuré pour être saisi par un utilisateur du dispositif pour régler une dose à administrer par rotation de l'élément de réglage de dose par rapport au boîtier lorsque le mécanisme est dans un état de réglage de dose, la rotation de l'élément de réglage de dose stockant de l'énergie dans le ressort. En outre, la rotation de l'élément de réglage de dose amène l'écrou à se déplacer d'une distance de dose dans une direction proximale par rapport à la tige de piston, la distance de dose étant proportionnelle à la dose. Le mécanisme est en outre configuré pour passer de l'état de réglage de dose à un état de distribution de dose lors du déplacement du bouton, par exemple dans une direction axiale, par rapport au boîtier. Un transfert dans l'état de distribution de dose couple le ressort à l'écrou pour provoquer un mouvement automatique de l'écrou dans une direction proximale par libération de l'énergie stockée pendant le réglage de dose. La tige de piston est configurée pour se déplacer conjointement avec l'écrou par la distance de dose dans la direction proximale pour administrer la dose lorsque le mécanisme est dans l'état d'administration de dose. En outre, le bouton est configuré pour rester axialement fixe par rapport au boîtier lorsque la dose est administrée.
