Abstract

La présente invention concerne une cellule recombinante capable de produire un ou plusieurs précurseurs de mogroside et/ou un ou plusieurs mogrosides dans un milieu de culture, la cellule ayant été modifiée pour conduire à une déficience en un polypeptide capable de déglycosyler un produit de mogroside. L'invention concerne également des procédés de production d'un ou de plusieurs précurseurs de mogroside et/ou d'un ou de plusieurs mogrosides dans un milieu de culture à l'aide d'une telle cellule recombinante amenée à améliorer la production de mogrosides.
