Abstract
La présente divulgation concerne des procédés de détermination de la puissance d'une composition de cellules effectrices, telle qu'une composition de cellules thérapeutique destinée à être utilisée en liaison avec une thérapie cellulaire sur la base de la cytotoxicité. Les cellules de la composition cellulaire peuvent exprimer des récepteurs recombinants tels que des récepteurs chimériques, par exemple des récepteurs antigéniques chimériques (CAR) ou d'autres récepteurs transgéniques tels que des récepteurs de lymphocytes T (TCR).
