Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de préparation et de distribution de produits réfrigérés comprenant au moins un réservoir de confinement (2) pour le produit à préparer et à distribuer, formant une ouverture supérieure (20) et équipé d'un couvercle (3) pour fermer ladite ouverture supérieure (20). Un dispositif de refroidissement (4) est agencé à l'intérieur dudit réservoir de confinement (2), conçu pour refroidir ledit produit et porté d'un seul tenant par ledit couvercle (3). Un dispositif de mélange de produits (5) est associé audit dispositif de refroidissement (4). Ledit couvercle (3) est mobile entre une première position de fonctionnement pour préparer et distribuer le produit réfrigéré, dans lequel ledit dispositif de refroidissement (4) est agencé dans une position verticale ou sensiblement verticale à l'intérieur dudit réservoir de confinement de produit (2), et une seconde position de fonctionnement pour accéder audit réservoir, dans lequel ledit dispositif de refroidissement (4) est extrait dudit réservoir de confinement de produit (2).
