Abstract

L'invention concerne des systèmes et des méthodes qui fournissent des niveaux thérapeutiques de facteur de coagulation (FVIII) ou de variants de celui-ci à la suite d'une administration de gène médiée par ultrasons (UMGD). Les systèmes et les méthodes peuvent être utilisés dans le traitement de l'hémophilie A (HA). Selon les besoins d'un patient particulier, les systèmes et les méthodes peuvent utiliser des composants d'édition de gène ou de base qui corrigent des mutations génétiques responsables de HA et/ou peuvent utiliser un dosage intraveineux sûr et répétable d'acides nucléiques qui conduisent à l'expression du FVIII fonctionnel ou de variants de celui-ci.
