Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés et des systèmes comprenant des ordinateurs programmés qui peuvent être utilisés pour améliorer la détection d'analyte d'acide nucléique à l'aide d'une amplification et d'une surveillance en temps réel, où des séquences d'acide nucléique étroitement associées peuvent être résolues. Dans un mode de réalisation, la détection de séquences cibles différentes les unes des autres par un seul nucléotide a été résolue par application d'une transformation mathématique. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, deux séquences cibles différant l'une de l'autre par un seul nucléotide ont été détectées et résolues à l'aide d'une sonde marquée spécifique pour une seule des deux séquences cibles.
