Abstract
L'invention se rapporte aux domaines techniques de l'ingénierie mécanique et de la technologie de couplage et concerne un couplage spatialement élastique et un agencement de couplages formé à partir de couplages spatialement élastiques. Un inconvénient de l'état de la technique réside dans le fait que les couplages élastiques sont compliqués, gourmands en matériau et coûteux et le comportement de compensation, en particulier dans le cas d'un décalage angulaire et radial, est insuffisant et l'usure est importante en raison de la contrainte multidimensionnelle. Selon l'invention, il est prévu un couplage spatialement élastique pour la liaison d'une unité d'entraînement et d'une unité entraînée, comprenant au moins un premier et un second élément de fixation s'étendant radialement par rapport à l'axe de rotation, et au moins un module de rigidité élastique en torsion, symétrique en rotation et flexible, les premier et second éléments de fixation étant agencés de manière coaxiale l'un par rapport à l'autre et étant reliés par le module de rigidité élastique en torsion et flexible, et le module de rigidité élastique en torsion et flexible s'étendant de manière coaxiale avec l'axe de rotation du couplage. Le couplage peut être utilisé entre deux arbres à relier ou en coopération avec d'autres types de couplage.
