Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de lentille qui peut être placé sur l'œil d'un patient pour traiter et/ou prévenir la myopie. Le dispositif de lentille comprend un corps comportant un matériau perméable aux gaz qui peut englober au moins partiellement un ou plusieurs éléments optiques adaptatifs et un circuit électrique et/ou un actionneur. Les éléments optiques adaptatifs peuvent commuter entre un état optique et au moins un autre état lorsque le circuit électrique et/ou l'actionneur provoque la commutation sur la base d'un signal de commande. Les éléments optiques adaptatifs commutent entre l'état optique à un moment et au moins l'autre état optique à un autre moment pendant une période pour présenter des stimuli visuels à une rétine périphérique afin de ralentir la croissance axiale de l'œil en vue du traitement et/ou de la prévention de la myopie.
