Abstract

La présente divulgation propose des procédés, des systèmes et des supports lisibles par ordinateur non transitoires pour évaluer des images de dépistage de tissu de patient à l'aide d'un modèle d'IA en tant qu'outil pour aider les médecins à identifier correctement des malignités dans des images de dépistage. Par génération d'un score d'IA sur la base d'une probabilité de malignité à partir des images de dépistage, divers flux de travail peuvent suivre pour valider ou contredire la décision d'un médecin concernant le rappel du patient. Lorsque le score d'IA contredit la décision de rappel, les images de filtrage sont transmises à un second médecin pour examen, ce par quoi la décision de rappel d'origine est affirmée ou une consultation entre les médecins est demandée.
