Abstract
La présente divulgation concerne un appareil pour usiner une pièce à l'aide d'un faisceau laser guidé par un jet de liquide. L'appareil comprend une buse pour produire le jet de liquide, au moins une lentille pour coupler le faisceau laser dans le jet de liquide, et un boîtier renfermant au moins la buse et ayant une ouverture pour fournir le jet de liquide sur la pièce. Un capteur de vibrations de l'appareil est fixé au boîtier, et est conçu pour mesurer au moins une première vibration du boîtier et/ou une seconde vibration du boîtier, la première vibration étant provoquée par l'usinage de la pièce, et la seconde vibration étant provoquée par le jet de liquide. En outre, un processeur de l'appareil est conçu pour déterminer, sur la base de la première vibration et/ou de la seconde vibration, un premier ensemble de paramètres associés à l'usinage de la pièce et/ou un second ensemble de paramètres associés au jet de liquide.
