Abstract
La présente invention concerne des compositions contenant du chitosane et au moins 1 % (p/v) d'azote. Dans certains cas, au moins 50 % de l'azote est sous forme chimique d'amine et/ou de nitrate et/ou d'ammoniac. La présente invention porte également sur des procédés de production de nanoparticules de chitosane par dissolution du chitosane dans de l'eau acide, l'eau étant rendue acide par un acide choisi dans le groupe de l'acide acétique, de l'acide nitrique, de l'acide sulfurique, de l'acide chlorhydrique et de leurs combinaisons, et par la constitution de nanoparticules à partir du chitosane dissous. Le traitement de plantes ou de parties de plantes à l'aide des compositions selon la présente invention est également divulgué.
