Abstract

La présente divulgation concerne un alliage à base de nickel. Plus spécifiquement, la présente divulgation concerne un alliage à base de nickel à entropie moyenne à élevée ayant la composition suivante, en pourcentage en poids (% en poids) : Cr 20,0 à 26,0; Fe inférieur à 8,5; Mn inférieur à 4,0; Si 0,5 à 2,0; Al 1,0 à 4,0; Ti 0,50 à 4,0; C inférieur à 0,05; N inférieur à 0,05; Ta inférieur à 2,0; Nb inférieur à 4,0; Co 3,0 à 6,0; Cu 2,1 à 6,0; Mo inférieur à 2,0; W inférieur à 1,0; éventuellement B inférieur à 0,005; éventuellement P inférieur à 0,005; éventuellement S inférieur à 0,005; éventuellement Ca, Mg et Ce en une quantité totale inférieure à 0,5; le reste étant constitué de Ni et d'impuretés accidentelles; l'alliage à base de nickel satisfaisant aux exigences suivantes : a) Cu - (0,1*Fe + 2,1) ≥ 0,0, les valeurs numériques des éléments d'alliage étant données en % en poids; et b) Formule (I), dans laquelle Ci est la fraction molaire et R est la constante de gaz. L'alliage à base de nickel selon la présente divulgation est principalement destiné à des objets recuits en solution conçus pour être exposés à des atmosphères où la poussière métallique se produit facilement.
