Abstract
La présente invention concerne des anticorps à domaine unique comprenant une ou plusieurs modifications, par exemple, au niveau de l'extrémité carboxy-terminale (C-terminus), qui peuvent réduire la liaison par des anticorps anti-médicament à l'extrémité carboxy-terminale des anticorps à domaine unique par comparaison avec un anticorps à domaine unique non modifié. L'invention concerne également des protéines de fusion et des conjugués comprenant les anticorps à domaine unique, des polynucléotides et des vecteurs recombinants codant pour les anticorps à domaine unique, des compositions et des kits les comprenant, ainsi que des cellules hôtes et des procédés de préparation des anticorps à domaine unique.
