Abstract

Est proposé un procédé de marquage photochimique comprenant les étapes consistant à administrer une sonde photoréactive à un échantillon, et la sonde photoréactive de formule (I) : T─L─W, la partie T étant de la biotine ou une autre fraction à base de biotine, la partie L comprenant une liaison chimique ou un agent de liaison, la partie W étant une fraction photoréactive, la fraction photoréactive pouvant absorber de la lumière ultraviolette et devenir active à des fins de réticulation avec un acide aminé ; et éclairer sélectivement l'échantillon avec un rayonnement optique pour activer la fraction photoréactive de la sonde photoréactive dans la région d'intérêt sélectionnée ; et former une réticulation non spécifique entre la fraction photoréactive de la sonde et une pluralité d'acides aminés de différentes protéines de l'échantillon dans la région d'intérêt sélectionnée.
