Abstract

L'invention concerne également un procédé de recyclage de récipients de polyoléfine de couleur mixte pour produire des granulés de PCR (recyclage post-consommation). Le procédé comprend les étapes de procédé suivantes : (a) le tri par couleur des récipients, (b) le déchiquetage des récipients en flocons, (c) une première étape de lavage pour éliminer les étiquettes des flocons avec de l'eau à une température T1, (d) le séchage des flocons et des étiquettes, (e) la séparation des flocons séchés des étiquettes séchées, (f) une seconde étape de lavage pour le lavage à chaud des flocons avec un liquide alcalin à une température T2 > 80°C pour éliminer l'encre d'impression des flocons, (g) le séchage des flocons, (h) le tri des flocons pour éliminer la contamination de l'encre et les polymères étrangers, (i) le préchauffage facultatif des flocons dans un compresseur de coupe, (j) le dégazage et la granulation des flocons dans une extrudeuse, (k) la décontamination des granulés et (l) la fourniture des granulés pour une utilisation ultérieure. La première étape de lavage (c) est effectuée sans additifs de nettoyage à une température T1 entre 60°C et 80°C tandis que l'énergie thermique est fournie.
