Abstract
L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de séparation et de mesure de plasma dans des cartouches de diagnostic sur le lieu des soins. La présente invention concerne un système d'analyse de sang sur le lieu des soins, spécifiquement les cartouches de test à usage unique, jetables, utilisées dans un tel système. L'invention concerne un empilement de séparation de plasma et un module de séparation de plasma, et les cartouches de test incorporant de tels empilements et modules. Les cartouches de test sont peu coûteuses car elles sont construites à partir de seulement 3 ou 4 couches de polymère. Les cartouches de test ont une large application car elles permettent de mesurer des analytes à la fois dans un échantillon de sang total et dans le plasma séparé de ce même plasma d'échantillon de sang total dans une variété de tests optiques comprenant l'absorbance dans des cuvettes standard, l'absorbance dans des cuvettes à membrane, des capteurs fluorescents et des capteurs colorimétriques.
