Abstract
La présente invention concerne des composés de formule I, II ou III ou des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ceux-ci, R1-R4, R11-R14, R31, R33 et R34 étant tels que définis dans la description. L'invention concerne également des compositions comprenant les composés, des procédés d'utilisation des composés pour administrer un rayonnement à des cellules ou des tissus exprimant la dihydrofolate réductase (DHFR), tuer une cellule ou un tissu comprenant la dihydrofolate réductase d'E. coli (eDHFR), ou traiter un cancer chez un sujet en ayant besoin.
