Abstract
La divulgation concerne des procédés et des compositions permettant de régénérer des cellules de glandes lacrymales pour le traitement de troubles de sécheresse oculaire. En particulier, la présente divulgation concerne des méthodes et des compositions permettant de moduler la signalisation WNT par administration d'un agoniste de signalisation WNT modifié chez un sujet pour moduler la régénération de cellules acineuses productrices de larmes pour traiter des maladies de sécheresse oculaire de type déficient aqueux.
