Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une demi-coque comprenant les étapes suivantes : la fourniture d'une pluralité de premiers éléments de liaison (154) et de seconds éléments de liaison (156) ; la fourniture d'une pièce de liaison intermédiaire (162) ayant une section transversale en forme de U (164) ; la fixation de la pièce de liaison intermédiaire (162) aux premier et second éléments de liaison (154, 156) de telle sorte qu'une sous-unité rigide (176) est formée ; l'agencement de la sous-unité rigide (176) dans un moule (178) pour la demi-coque (150a, 150b) de la pale de rotor d'éolienne (110) ; et la fabrication de la demi-coque (150a, 150b) dans laquelle la sous-unité rigide (176) est incorporée, de telle sorte qu'un premier stratifié de bride (180) et un second stratifié de bride (182) soient formés en étant interconnectés par la pièce de liaison intermédiaire (162). L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'une pale de rotor d'éolienne.
