Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour mesurer l'état de vieillissement (SOL) de batteries d'accumulateurs électrochimiques, qui comprennent les étapes suivantes : caractériser d'abord la batterie (étape de construction de la courbe VOC-SOC) au moyen d'une courbe de corrélation entre la valeur mesurable de la tension en circuit ouvert au repos (moyenne arithmétique entre les tensions de tous les éléments) au niveau des électrodes (VOC) et l'état de charge (SOC), cette courbe de corrélation étant invariante par rapport au vieillissement de la batterie ; la valeur SOL actuelle est ensuite calculée (étape d'évaluation de SOL pendant l'utilisation normale de la batterie) à partir de la mesure directe de la valeur de tension en circuit ouvert au repos à la fin de l'utilisation normale de la batterie, et en utilisant pour ce calcul la mesure de la charge fournie pendant l'utilisation, à partir d'un état dans lequel la batterie se trouvait dans un état de charge connu. On suppose que l'état de charge d'une batterie est connu lorsque celle-ci a été au repos pendant un temps suffisant, c'est-à-dire pendant un temps au moins égal à la période de repos minimale (par exemple 60 minutes), de sorte qu'à la fin de celle-ci, on peut considérer que la tension est complètement stabilisée, le SOC étant déterminé par la corrélation de celle-ci avec la courbe VOC à l'étape de construction.
