Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de bioconjugaison pour préparer une composition de conjugués anticorps-médicament (ADC) ayant une homogénéité améliorée, les conjugués anticorps-médicament (ADC) ayant un rapport molaire médicament-anticorps de 2 (D2) étant présents à un niveau élevé dans la composition. Dans la composition d'ADC préparés par le procédé de la présente divulgation, la teneur en D2 est supérieure à 64 % en moles, et la teneur en D0+D4+D6+D8 est inférieure à 36 % en moles, sur la base du nombre de moles total de D0, D2, D4, D6 et D8.
