Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de broyage-filtration pour la préparation d'un échantillon de boue agricole, comprenant un boîtier définissant une chambre de broyage, une palette rotative disposée dans la chambre, un anneau de broyage monté à l'intérieur d'une paroi périphérique de la chambre, et une plaque de base perforée à l'intérieur de l'anneau de broyage. L'anneau de broyage comprend des fentes d'écoulement allongées verticalement, chacune comportant des parties s'étendant au-dessus et au-dessous de la plaque de base. Chaque fente a une profondeur qui s'étend partiellement à travers l'épaisseur de l'anneau de broyage pour former une paroi aveugle intégrale à l'intérieur de chaque fente. Dans un mode de réalisation, la palette rotative mélange l'eau et le matériau de l'échantillon, qui peut être de la terre, pour former la boue, et pousse la boue dans les fentes qui s'écoulent dans une chambre de collecte située sous la plaque de base. Les fentes filtrent les particules de sol dépassant une taille maximale prédéterminée lorsque la boue s'écoule à travers les fentes jusqu'à la chambre de collecte.
