Abstract
La présente divulgation concerne le traitement du cancer. En particulier, la présente invention concerne de nouveaux anticorps thérapeutiques qui ciblent la protéine A liée à la chaîne du CMH de classe I (MICA) d'une manière qui réduit la capacité d'une cellule tumorale d'échapper à la clairance immunitaire à médiation par le récepteur NKG2D (groupe des cellules tueuses 2D).
