Abstract

L'invention concerne des particules virales comprenant une glycoprotéine virale hétérologue et une fraction de ciblage, la fraction de ciblage comprenant un polypeptide comprenant une formule de T-S1, T étant un domaine de liaison cible et S1 <sp /> étant une partie de tige. Selon la présente invention, les particules virales comprennent en outre une molécule d'acide nucléique codant une molécule hétérologue d'intérêt. Selon la présente invention, la molécule hétérologue d'intérêt peut être un CAR en tandem.
