Abstract

La présente invention concerne une combinaison pharmaceutique destinée à être utilisée dans une méthode de traitement d'un cancer déficient en HR, la combinaison pharmaceutique comprenant un inhibiteur de PARP et un composé de Formule (I): ou un stéréoisomère, un solvate, un tautomère ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, X, Y, Z, W1, W2, R1, R2 et R3 étant tels que définis dans la présente divulgation. La présente invention concerne également des méthodes de traitement du cancer déficient en HR comprenant l'administration de la combinaison pharmaceutique à un sujet en ayant besoin, et des compositions pharmaceutiques et des kits comprenant de telles combinaisons pharmaceutiques.
