Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un composant renforcé par des fibres, un textile constitué de fibres de renforcement étant traité avec un matériau de matrice thermodurcissable dans une étape d'imprégnation de matrice. Au moins un système d'alimentation directe (3) est situé entre un récipient de stockage (2) et une unité d'imprégnation (1), et le matériau de matrice atteint l'unité d'imprégnation à partir du récipient de stockage à travers le ou les systèmes d'alimentation directe. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que chacun du ou des systèmes d'alimentation comporte au moins un dispositif de chauffage (4), et selon le procédé de production du composant renforcé par des fibres, le matériau de matrice thermodurcissable est chauffé à une température requise pour l'imprégnation du textile constitué des fibres de renforcement avec le matériau de matrice uniquement dans le ou les systèmes d'alimentation au moyen du ou des dispositifs de chauffage du ou des systèmes d'alimentation.
