Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un polyoxyalkylène polyol comprenant la fixation d'un oxyde d'alkylène (A) à une substance de départ à fonction H (B) en présence d'un catalyseur basique (C) avec la formation d'un intermédiaire (D), en faisant suivre par un traitement sous vide de l'intermédiaire (D) à des pressions de 1 mbara à 500 mbara avec la formation d'un intermédiaire (E). Ensuite, un oxyde d'alkylène (F) est fixé à cet intermédiaire (E) avec la formation d'un polyoxyalkylène polyol alcalin (H), puis de l'eau est ajoutée à la formation d'un mélange (J) comprenant une première phase (J-1) contenant le polyoxyalkylène polyol et une seconde phase aqueuse (J-2). Puis la seconde phase aqueuse (J- 2) est séparée de la première phase (J-1) contenant le polyoxyalkylène polyol par gravitation. L'addition de l'oxyde d'alkylène (A) se termine avant le traitement sous vide et l'addition de l'oxyde d'alkylène (F) ne commence qu'après la fin du traitement sous vide.
