Abstract
L'invention concerne un outil de formage à chaud pour le durcissement à la presse, l'outil comprenant un corps principal et, partiellement ou entièrement, une couche de surface à dépôt de métal assisté par laser, le corps principal étant constitué d'un alliage d'acier à outils comprenant 0,25 à 0,45 de C, 0,10 à 1,50 de Si, 0,2 à 1,0 de Mn, 2 à 6 de Cr, 1 à 3 de Mo, 0,4 à 1,0 de V, 0,001 à 0,06 d'Al, ≤ 0,12 de N et la couche de surface à dépôt de métal assisté par laser comprenant 0,27 à 0,40 de C, 0,10 à 0,35 de Si, 0,2 à 0,8 de Mn, 4,0 à 6,0 de Cr, 2,0 à 3,0 de Mo, 0,4 à 1,0 de V, 0,001 à 0,06 d'Al, 0,003 à 0,12 de N. La couche de surface à dépôt de métal assisté par laser a une dureté de 53 à 59 HRC.
