Abstract

Système de formation répétitive d'objets à partir d'un matériau en feuille, le système comprenant une machine de conversion pour l'exécution d'un processus de formation, lesdits objets étant au moins partiellement formés à partir du matériau en feuille, la machine de conversion comprenant un outil destiné à venir en prise avec le matériau en feuille pour former au moins partiellement ledit objet pendant un processus de formation. Une mémoire électronique stockant une base de données comprenant, pour une pluralité de processus de formation exécutés antérieurs, des données empiriques concernant un paramètre de pression appliqué dans une première phase de première utilisation de l'outil qui correspond à une phase de stabilisation, à des paramètres de traitement, qui sont associés au processus de formation. Le circuit électrique de système est configuré pour acquérir des paramètres de traitement pour un processus de formation ultérieur ; dériver un paramètre de pression pour le processus de formation ultérieur, qui est destiné à être appliqué dans une première phase de première utilisation de l'outil, sur la base des paramètres de traitement acquis et de la base de données.
