Abstract

Est divulgué un système de valvule cardiaque prothétique comprenant un stent comprenant un élément tubulaire souple ayant une section de maillage amont, une section de maillage aval et une section intermédiaire radialement déformable s'étendant entre celles-ci. Les pointes de mise en prise de tissu amont et les pointes de mise en prise de tissu aval sont constituées d'un matériau de forme de mémoire et sont configurées, à une position fermée pour être coplanaires avec une surface extérieure du stent, et à une position déployée étendue du stent, après avoir été introduites in situ et atteindre une température prédéfinie pour se déformer vers leur forme de mémoire pour faire saillie radialement vers l'extérieur à partir d'une surface extérieure du stent vers leur position déformée radialement vers l'extérieur, commandées par le gonflage de l'élément tubulaire gonflable aval.
