Abstract
L'invention concerne un composant de raccord d'extrémité destiné à être utilisé dans une colonne de chromatographie. Le composant de raccord d'extrémité a un corps et une partie centrale surélevée ayant au moins une ou plusieurs rainures à l'intérieur de celle-ci. Le composant de raccord d'extrémité est conçu pour venir en butée contre un ensemble fritté de la colonne de chromatographie. L'invention concerne également un dispositif de distribution de fluide, ayant un corps et une partie centrale surélevée avec au moins une ou plusieurs rainures. Le fluide entrant dans la colonne est distribué à travers la ou les rainures qui sont reliées à une ouverture centrale. Le fluide est distribué uniformément à travers la ou les rainures et à travers toute la surface d'une fritte d'une colonne. L'invention concerne également une colonne de chromatographie, ayant un composant de raccord d'extrémité.
