DISPOSITIVO DETECTOR DE FUGAS EN ENVASES DE GASES LICUADOS DEL PETROLEO, QUE ESTA DISEÑADO PARA FORMAR PARTE DE UNA LINEA DE PRODUCCION EN LA QUE TIENEN LUGAR EL LLENADO DE LOS ENVASES Y OTROS CONTROLES Y/O ANALISIS, SE CARACTERIZA ESENCIALMENTE PORQUE LA PARTE DE ESTRUCTURA DE LA QUE FORMA PARTE EL DISPOSITIVO INCLUYE A SU ENTRADA UN MECANISMO DE FRENO PARA IMPEDIR LA ENTRADA DE UN ENVASE CUANDO SE ENCUENTRA OTRO EN EL LUGAR DE DETECCION PROPIAMENTE DICHO; EXISTIENDO A CONTINUACION DE DICHO FRENO UNA ZONA DE DETECCION DE GRANDES FUGAS, QUEINCLUYE UN DETECTOR MECANICO SUPERIOR QUE SE DISPONE LATERAL Y ENFRENTADAMENTE A LA VALVULA DEL ENVASE, AL PASO DE ESTE A LO LARGO DE LA ESTRUCTURA; CUYO DETECTOR DE GRANDES FUGAS, EN CASO DE DETECTAR ESTAS, ENVIA UNA SEÑAL A UNA GUIA DE ENTRADA QUE DESVIA AL RESPECTIVO ENVASE FUERA DE LA LINEA DE PRODUCCION; HABIENDOSE PREVISTO A CONTINUACION DE ESE DETECTOR DE GRANDES FUGAS UNA ZONA DE DETECCION NORMAL, EN LA QUE EXISTE UNA CAMPAÑA DE CAPTACION SUPERIORBAJO LA CUAL SE DISPONE LA VALVULA DEL ENVASE, PARA TOMAR AQUELLA UNA MUESTRA QUE ES ENVIADA A UNOS DETECTORES DE ANALISIS DE TAL MUESTRA; INCLUYENDO TAMBIEN ESTA ZONA UNOS MEDIOS DEPOSICIONAMIENTO Y CENTRADO DEL ENVASE, FORMADOS POR UN CARRO DESPLAZABLE POR LA ACCION DE UN CILINDRO NEUMATICO, CARRO DISPUESTO LATERALMENTE Y DOTADO DE UNA PAREJA DE RUEDAS QUE EMPUJAN AL ENVASE HACIA OTRA PAREJAS DE RUEDAS ESTATICAS, EN FUNCIONES DE TOPE, PREVISTAS EN LA ZONA LATERAL OPUESTA Y ENFRENTADA A LA DE UBICACION DEL CARRO MOVIL; PREVIENDOSE A LA SALIDA DE UN DERIVADOR, Y EN EL CONJUNTO DE LA ESTRUCTURA UNA UNIDAD DE CONTROL Y GOBIERNO DE TODOS LOS COMPONENTES.
