Abstract
1. Caramelo con palo perfeccionado, que siendo del tipo de los que incorporan un caramelo o golosina, con cualquier configuración, en la que está parcialmente insertado un palo, en funciones de soporte, se caracteriza porque en dicho palo se establecen dos sectores, un sector distal y rígido y un sector proximal y flexible, que es el que queda parcialmente inserto en el cuerpo del caramelo, de manera que ante un impacto brusco y sensiblemente axial sufrido por el palo, se produce una deformación en el elemento flexible, que evita que dicho esfuerzo se transmita de manera apreciable al caramelo.
