Carro-camilla auxiliar, para traslado y permanencia temporal de enfermos y personas con movilidad reducida, caracterizado por cuanto comprende: - una peana de soporte (1) montada sobre ruedas de rodadura (2), de preferencia de tipo auto-orientable, para un bastidor de tubo (3) en forma de U invertida con ramas verticales (3a) con brazos acodados (3b) que se proyectan horizontal y perpendicularmente desde su rama superior (3c); - un bastidor de camilla (4) con una plataforma de colchón (4a) montado sobre una parada de elementos de guía (5) desplazables sobre las ramas verticales (3a) del bastidor de tubo (3); - una barra giratoria (6) paralelamente dispuesta por debajo de la rama superior (3c) del bastidor de tubo (3) y articulada con posibilidad de giro sobre cojinetes (6a) fijos a dicha rama superior (3c) y dotada de un dispositivo de accionamiento con una rosca helicoidal (6b), un engranaje (6c) y un manubrio (6d); - una primera pareja de correas (7) que se extiende entre dicha barra giratoria (6) y el larguero posterior (4b) del citado bastidor de camilla (4), cuyas correas pueden enrollarse/desenrollarse desde la barra giratoria actuando sobre el manubrio del dispositivo de accionamiento para levantar o bajar dicho bastidor de camilla.
