Abstract

1. Horno de cocción, con una cámara de cocción (1), un generador de vapor (10) y medios (8) para introducir en la cámara de cocción (1) el vapor generado por el generador de vapor (10), que incluye una cámara de agua (11) en la que se crea y mantiene un nivel de agua (H) preestablecido, y una cámara de combustión (13) en forma de tubo recto abierto en los extremos, que se extiende a lo largo de la cámara de agua (11) y se calienta con un quemador a gas (15), caracterizado porque la cámara de combustión (13) está rodeada de forma coaxial por un tubo metálico (18) situado por debajo del nivel del agua, de manera que forma un conducto de sección anular (22) para los productos de la combustión, que empieza en una zona (21) comprendida entre el fondo (19) del tubo (18) y el extremo final (16) de la cámara de combustión (13), y termina en un colector (23) comunicado con el conducto de evacuación (24).
