Absorbente anatómico para incontinencia de adultos o pañal infantil perfeccionado, de los constituidos a partir de un núcleo con capacidad para la absorción y retención de líquidos y excrementos, caracterizado porque el núcleo está envuelto en un film impermeable, pudiendo estar recubierto o no por un tejido no tejido configurado como una capa permeable a los líquidos en contacto con la piel y provisto de dos bandas laterales dobles o triples (1) y (2) provistas de elásticos (3) y (4), y medios de ajuste (5) y (6) a la cintura del usuario, presentando ojales (7) y (8) en los que se ubican las tiras (5) y (6), disponiendo de etiquetas adhesivas (9) y (10) situadas sobre las zonas de fijación de las bandas elásticas (5) y (6).
