Horno semicircular para el asado de pimientos, caracterizado por estar constituido a partir de un cuerpo de soporte (2) en el cual se incorpora una bóveda (3) y dentro de la cual se sitúa una turbina generadora de aire caliente (5), presentando la bóveda (3) una chimenea (4) para la evacuación de gases y circulando por el interior de la bóveda (3) constitutiva del horno en colaboración con el chasis (2) una pluralidad de piezas paralelas (6) portadoras de pinchos (7), sobre los cuales se sitúan los pimientos (20) previamente tratados por el dispositivo (10).
